MISSION STATEMENT

Countryside Church exists to develop devoted followers of Christ who
experience the joy of knowing God through a lifestyle of worship and
serving others.

CORE VALUES

1. We believe that the Bible is God's perfect word to us and is our guide for life.
It is the supreme source of truth for Christian beliefs and for living.

2. We believe in simple, New Testament Christianity and in being a non-denominational,
Christ centered church. We strive for unity through Christ Jesus.

3. Countryside Church will always be service oriented, honoring Christ by impacting
a lost and dying world.

4. We believe the Bible clearly teaches that believers are to be baptized (immersed) for
the forgiveness of sins. The act of baptism washes away our sins. It identifies us as
a follower of Jesus Christ through whom we receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

5. Countryside Church will always be active in local and world-wide missions. God's
love for all people inspires us to reach out with the saving news of Jesus Christ to
people wherever they are.

6. We believe prayer is the lifeline of the church. Praying to God to know Him, to lay
our request before Him, and to find direction for daily living is foundational for
ministry.

7. Countryside Church will always be dedicated to a ministry to prepare children and
youth for the future and into a personal relationship with Jesus.
